This is based upon another dream I probably never had, but if I did, I remember it.  Reality sometimes gets stretched so thin, dreams are the only things that seem to make sense..This toon is set in a trendy bistro in Plaghdeaux, France where little makes sense except to the locals.  When they speak to the birds there in French all they get are puzzled looks.
