In the days of ancient Greece, three goddesses, sisters they be, were a vital part of everyday life. Together they wove the tapestry of life, using the lives of everyone as threads. LACHESIS , the eldest and the singer made the thread. CLOTHOS wove the thread into the rich fabric of life, and ATROPUS cut the threads of life. They gave at birth, the shares of good and evil that make us who we are and with haste punished us for our transgressions. They are know as the FATES. I love these girls but I am forced by virtue of birth to live in a monogamous society. Along with their sister, TYCHE (who passed out fortune and luck), whenever they went out they certainly had a wonderful time. I owe them a lot and though I have made a bit of luck, I never made TYCHE. Heres to the girls, the goddesses, that made me the creature that I am today. Sic semper amor. |
