I guess seals might get a kick out of this cartoon but it may hit a tender spot with our neighbors north of the border who wade the St. Lawrence River every year to visit Florida. This may or may not be as funny if it was the seals who were clubbing small children simply to wear their skins. Guess it is all a matter of perspective. People, like hyenas, may laugh at anything.

This is a nice view of Crater Lake and you can see the potential for development. If this was Florida there would be so many condos and circus tents you wouldn’t be bothered by having to look at nature in its raw, untamed state.

This cartoon attempts to see humor from the perspective of a creature who feels a nice day is any day they aren’t extinct and you gotta feel pretty good about any species that can still maintain a sense of humor. The condor is a fairly useless bird. You can’t train ‘em to work in a mini-mart. Few are housebroke. Even fewer still have a high school diploma .
